No makers marks but does have M engraved on the side. Could be Melissa.
Noahs Ark Design to the lid with a blue background. Features the Ark Noah & his wife.

A few small blemishes & manufacturing faults to the lid. Minimal wear to th emetal case exterior. Opens & closes nicely. Mirror has wear around the dge & some freckles.
