Unusual Truncated Navy Leather Chrome Compact

Unusual Truncated (Triangle with cut corners) Powder Compact
This has been in my research box for months and I just can not pin point a maker. If you know I would love to know.
The navy leather case is similar to that used on Mascot/Boac Powder Compacts.
The Chrome interior reminds me of early Vogue Vanities.
Metal framed Sifter.

A little wear to the exterior. Clasp working nicely. Interior with a a few small scratches & mirror with moisture marks around the edge.
