Very Unusual Wood powder compact.
Suitable for Solid or Loose Powder
Carved Wood lid with a girl in a traditional hat.
I am unsure of the Nationality of the girl the hat is a cross between a African Hat & Tajik Ladies hat. 
Very Dark metal case (gunmetal/black)
7.5cm dia
Holds a 6cm powder pan
Wear/Scratches to the exterior of the case. Some wear to the wood. Clasp & hinge both good. Small indent to the mirror surround. A few minor freckles to the mirror.
