This was complete with puff but unfortunately it had disintegrated & stuck itself to the underside of the inner ring. I have removed all residue & cleaned but some tranishing remains. Lid in good order with some scratches/scuffs to the base. Exterior clasp good as is the inner ring catch. Hinge does lie flat. Mirror with a few tiny blemishes.
