Marked on Foreign - I have seen this decoration on a Lipstick holder but for the life of me I can not remember who it was by.

Light green & Gold leaf decoration to the centre & band.

Some scratches/rubbing to the case. Slight indent to the base.
Opens & Closes nicely 
Some tarnishing to the mirror frame and light freckles to the mirror.
