Very unusual vinatge powder compact.
No makers marks or origin marks but I do not think it was made in England.
Faux Tortoiseshell enamel lid
Bright Cut engraving of floral sprays with leaves & ferns.
Gold, Red, green & blue colouring.
Engine turned iterior & inner lid.
This came with the lovely home made puff and will go to its new home with it.

Lid is in nice condition with a few light scratches. Some wear & tarnishing to the case. Clasp opens & closes nicely. Interior really gleams but there is tarnishing uner the lip of the rim. Mirror has a cloudy bloom but still useable.
