Hand painted Red, Blue & Yellow floers.
White Metal & black enamel base.

Around the edge of the black enamel base and a few areas on the bottom you can see small touch ups to the enamel. Silver lid in good order with a little tarnihsing to be expected. 
Mirror has a light mist & scrtaches. Hinge is good.
