I thought this was a stratton given the spiral base and appears to be a cross between a flat circular (size) and a scone with no inner lid (shape)

Compact is 8.5cm dia
Overhanding lid/base to the wall.
Quit a lot of wear/scuffing/scratches to the metal exterior. Celluloid cover with some scratches.Opens/closes nicely. Mirror with fogged lines & freckles.
