No makers/Origin marks but possibly American.
Chrome Plated 
Reverse Transfer of Anemones & Forget-me-not flowers under a celluloid cover.
Black frame.
Has a wonderful hinge.

Lid in good order. There is some wear/pitting to the chrome case. 
Hinge & clasp is in good order. Scratch to mirror as shown & edge wear.
